Program pembukaan musim keenam ini akan memaparkan sesi ujibakat yang tela berlangsung di Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Sarawak, Johor Bahru dan Pulau Pinang. Episod pertama ini juga akan memaparkan notifikasi dan pengenalan kepada calon-calon pelajar-pelajar wanita Akademi Fantasia.
